Report a translation problem
There are two solutions for that, I can either lower the price of the Ork vehicles or buff them a bit -- I personally prefer the "cheap and loose" approach with the Orks as that's what they are in the lore, but let me know your thoughts!
They're meant to be stronger than the base game, but will look into it 🙂
My only issue with this update is the Storm boyz needing a massive price decrease so there can be more fun ways to play the Orks! Everything else has been great by far. Can't forget those jump rocket boiz.
I've tested the Orks with both factions 1v1 and 3v3. Orks require attention when left unchecked because as my gameplay with space marines I had to use what was available early game in order to push em back.. The Orks kept coming and they didn't give up unlike the old version of the mod! Orks are fun to play and fight against! I have been getting 50/50 matches so far! Orks just need their Storm Boyz price fixed-
I'll look into the price for the Storm Boyz and bring it down accordingly🙂
Many Ork players will thank you for those who wanna fly just as much as Assault marine users do!
I tested Eldar vs Space Marines but since I only use Orks I would suggest feed back against Eldar vs SM mainly that should come with the Storm Boy price decrease. Eldar mains will need to be asked for this kind of thing. All I know is should Reapers get heavy armor shields if possible? I want fair game with Eldar and I am still playing that Race to ensure balance.
This will be my last message for balances besides the Storm Boyz. Everything else will go to other faction mains. I thank you very much for making this game fun for me again though! May the perfect update keep this game alive for much to come!
Da Kommando and Storm boyz are under performing in different places. (Kommando may need Anti armour melee with a small ranged buff. (His shoota is not doing good crowd control even against normal armoured boyz as he took out barely any with both shots.) Storm boyz needing heavy armour so they can be used better on the battlefield. Along with the Ork Hard Ai seems to act more aggressive when getting attacked and THEN making their better units. Unsure what makes them passive and hasn't been any maps that caused it. They still make more than you think just not enough as probably intended mostly lacking tech and better units without only making them being attacked. (I mean Da Kommando is good at disappearing without doing anything that he's on the floor zogged..
This was my feedback so far. After a long slumber I have arrived to show my love for this mod.
I hope to help remind about the few units that need to shine since I have been just maining Da Kommando on Vanilla recently so hope he gets love in the next possible update.
Thank you very much for the detailed and very informative feedback above -- I've released a new patch now with some changes based on your suggestions + that of others in the comments, should help make Terminators and Dreads less unstoppable (and the buffs to Kommando and Storm Boyz should make Orkz more versatile and make you happy 😜)
It will probably be the last update as I am no longer actively playing this game, but if there are more targeted and sensible feedback like the one above, I'll try to find the time here and there to implement them. Thank you to all who downloaded the mod and enjoy it.
