When you step over the area by the door it tells you theres "An empty pedestal in the door? something must fit in here."
Be sure you didnt accidently sell it to the barkeep ppl have done that
Those guards have Gundrens cell key that opens up further ahead.
Hope that helps, ill keep an eye out for your next post for a quick response
I have both the Imperial Figurine and the Ivory Statuette in my inventory, but the door still won’t open. I did sell the Imperial Figurine to the bartender (as there was nothing about it to indicate I shouldn’t), but bought it back. No luck.
Does it only work if you have the Imperial Figurine on you on your first approach? Do I have to revert to a save before I fought the Grick to try again?
I have tested it with the figurine after selling and repurchasing it though and it did seem to work for me so i honestly dont know :-/
The imperial figurine is fine to sell.
The ivory one is used for a second door behind it.
But the Gold should have been dropped from Grick
Sorry for delayed response and i hope this helps :(
