Bug with Central's second archive variation
First of all, let me say that this is an awesome mod. There's a crapload of new options that'll make for a lot of interesting new ways to play the game.

I did notice that one of the more broken characters, Central's Alarm Re-router build, appears broken in more ways than one. Whenever I picked Central3 and finished a level by utilizing the exit teleporter, the agents would either teleport out but the level wouldn't end until I clicked the End Turn button, or one of the agents would fail to teleport until you clicked their teleport icon again. Also Central's voice clip upon leaving the level would often tell you you failed the mission, even though you didn't.

I uninstalled all mods except this one, the Function Library and Sim Constructor and played through the first level several times and this glitch happened every time I picked Central3, but not if I picked Central2 or a combination of two other characters. My choice for the second character didn't seem to matter. This glitch seemed to occur even if I didn't have the Rerouter active when teleporting out. In fact, even if I didn't use the Rerouter at all, it seemed to occur.

I have the impression that this issue (the characters not properly despawning if Rerouter Central's in the party) also causes a problem during the final mission when Central is forced into your party. As far as I've experienced it, having Rerouter Central caused the game to lock up whenever I tried to insert Incognita into the mainframe at the very end. This wasn't a problem if the game gave me classic Central or Incognita Rerouter Central.
