Solution: make a team-specific version of the map that forces players into teams, with the ability to auto-team with a player you are friends with
This is seldom true at the very least. That minute you speak of, the 60 seconds or less, is the best case scenario if you spawn somewhat close to your teammate and that minute is going and finding them, avoiding gunfight and conflict in a server that may have 8 or more players depending on the lobby. Within that minute, you have to confirm that it isn't just your teammate, but ensure that they aren't an enemy and return fire if fired upon.
If there was a proper way to identify your teammate without communicating over the radio and letting others know where and what you are doing, then that minute would be possible every time.
I have entered to liquidate everything that moved, I have entered to make friends and I have entered to meet friends. In all the attempts I have died and I have killed, but above all I have enjoyed a different adventure each time.
Counterpoint: get friends and don't go solo. Obviously a team of two can overpower a solo person, so then you get a team of two. It makes things feel more like pavlov than tarkov, and right now it feels too much like tarkov. And besides, i've had an 8 person squad get wiped out by one guy with a kar98k. It's not like numbers is the only factor to who is winning a fight.
