Regarding the /spawnmonster command
One thing that can be really fun about having the special skills turned on is building custom creatures with specific attacks. I thought I would give some examples of how to do that and possibly an easier way to see what the monster parts are.

Just special skill:
/spawnmonster smallbiped 1 '{"specialSkills":["blueFlameAttack"]}'

Specific body parts and skill:
/spawnmonster largebiped 1 '{"shortdescription":"Basic Ground Monster", "description":"Basic Ground Monster", "selectedParts":{"arms":"largepawarms", "chest":"largedinochest", "tail":"largedinotail", "head":"largefroggishhead"},"specialSkills":["blueFlameAttack"]}'
