Started my first game with VPE, my first psycast was a wild woman tame

She got her first level, and most of the foci showed a little arrow (i guess that was for them to level up or activate the focus?)

Thing is, each and every one of the foci appear pure white or at least identical to each others, even those that say they are not compatible. It makes it look like she has all the foci unlocked, compared to the picture on the main page, showing greyed out foci instead

Was wondering if this was normal, a bug, or if anyone could at least tell me a little bit more about foci, in case I am not understanding something well
