Fresh barebones install, same error

Hello everyone!
As the title says, I can't get this mod to work, getting the same error even when I strip down al the other, non required mods. Anyone knows what's up with that?

I recommend the #troubleshoot threat on the official rimworld discord. They respond pretty quick as long as you follow the !pins and post logs (which I see you've already done.) Most of the time it's a modlist issue or a steam issue, not a Vanilla Expanded issue.
