Limitations on enemy casters
Combat in Rimworld is highly asymmetric. One major part of that is being consistently* outnumbered (usually by a lot). As a result, the player losing one pawn is massively more significant than one raider being killed or neutralized.

Because of this, many psycasts which're mediocre in the player's hands become massively more impactful when given to raider psycasters.

In particular, disabling effects like Word of Fear/Psychic Shock/Berserk are game-changing for raiders. They essentially let the raider psycaster neutralize your very limited number of pawns with very few options for counter-play

People have also noted that it's frustrating and immersion-straining that even extremely-adept psycasters have exactly zero ability to resist a raider's disabling psycast.

This pressures the player to always pursue a boring strategy of getting Invisibility with a psycaster and using them to preemptively assassinate any raiders with a psylink.

This dynamic also dramatically changes the significance of less extreme psycasts like Chaos Skip or Burden.

The Powerful Psycast AI mod handled this issue by providing mod config options to limit which psycasts the raiders were allowed to know. Would you please consider implementing something similar?
