Is there way to resets talents without using dev?

Hi there. Is there a way to reset talent trees without going through with dev mode?

This is what I'm wondering as well. I hate that your pawn gets assigned a random path when you get your first Psylink level.

Found that. It is indeed in devs.But you gotta use devs. Would be good to have in game item for mindwipe or smt that you have to obtain first. :D
