How exactly does the group meditation focus work? I have 6 pawns meditating while all clustered together, but spending points to add the group focus to them doesn't seem to increase their psyfocus gain.

Do they need to have scheduled meditation time together? Do you have to use meditation spots as opposed to meditation thrones? How big of a bonus does it give?
