I dont know if I should use this mod
I really really like Oskar mods, and of course this looks awesome. The real problem is that I found vanilla psycast so op. Did they patch it, or is right now more balanced than before?

they need more investment and the lower tier are actually weaker

but the higher tier ones (which require some investment) can become real beasts - but you will get not that many uses out of them

not that you need, I mean - a single fire tornado can with a bit of luck take care of a lot of enemies
