I wanna be a Wildspeaker...how? Help please _||_
Hi, possibly dumb question: i'm starting a new gamethrough from scratch and as i fell in love with the Wildspeaker class from the wiki i thought it would be possible to learn that class within the game, just to find out it's only available to tribals. Problem is i couldn't find a way to start the game as tribal (backstory) in order to get the chance to learn that psycast school. Any help or suggestion about what can i do to achieve that? Thanks

you have to give your pawns tribal backgrounds for them to be able to use the skill tree

those are usually the ones that enable nature meditation

and i know it's noob to ask but is it possible to set that background when you customize the first three colonizers? Cause when i tried clicking on their "factions" icon on the top left, where it says something like "newcomers" (i've got part of the text in italian '^_^) next to a blue house symbol. Or is it somewhere else? Please help if you can :) thanks

You need to use a tribal faction start scenario to start with tribals, otherwise you will want to recruit them from raids. The Lost Tribe scenario starts you as a tribal faction, and will give you access to Wildspeakers with your *starting* pawns.

The pawn specifically needs a tribal backstory.
