Constant stuttering issue

"VanillaPsycastsExpanded.HarmonyPatches.ThingDef_HasThingIDNumber_Patch:Postfix"

Seems to be causing 5+ms spikes every half a second or so, and spikes up to 150ms when the psycaster pawn is working, no abilities or auto casts being used. any ideas what I can do here?
