QOL suggestions.
The ability to see tooltips on the psycasts screen and when minimzied icons are turned on.

Also adding guard and attack training for steel constructs, right now they are too micro heavy to be useful in large scale combat. Considering that's their whole point i don't know if i like how they only react and need to be told to attack someone instead of going after hostiles in range like pawns do.

Indicator for ice crystal duration, or auto cast renews already placed crystals.

The ability to make low pyfocus costs buff abilities like life drain be a toggle. Or at least make it so the autocast works properly, for instance if i leave drain life to auto the pawn would go to prisoners or to a slave and drain them when the time for the buff is around 2h

Pretty sure there isn't one, and you can increase your pawns level with commands if you want to make a custom one

i would like to see a difference on ennemy psycaster skin, because actually, on a big raid, you can't see quickly who are a psycaster

They have spycaster gear always, just look for it. But yeah an icon would be nice like in rimworld of magic
It would be nice to see what Psycasts do before you unlock a tree so I can know if it's worth going into. Especially because some of the descriptions on this Steam page are just flat out wrong.

The asociated skill costs would be nice too, adding whether the cast is self only, target only or it can effect bot the caster and other pawns.

I would suggest the Steel Constructs being able to accompany their bonded psycaster while they're hunted, and protect them while the psycaster is Drafted?

it would be helpful to be able to take animals through skipgates,would make hauling materials a lot easier
