Is there a way to spawn a psyring via devmode with an actual psycast attached to it? I can use the Spawn Apparel command to create one, but the psyring so created seems to be an "empty" one that's broken.

I wanted to test some stuff for funky scenario shenanigans and dumb fun, like giving a group of psycasters a psyring of Create Psyring so that their sharing ability is only limited by how much eltex they can source. But I'm not very experienced with either devmode or the deeper intricacies of the mod, much less how the two interact.
