So far I haven't been able to get vanilla explosives to work on these codelocked doors. But to answer your question you add the codelock just like you would with a tent/gate. Hold codelock in hand and attach to the door with left click.

u add the code lock by dragging it onto the lock slot on the doors

Hey Oldnag, I placed a wooden door in a huge shack but I don't have a slot there for the lock.

Ok, now I see. It has to be closed and only one side is working.

I actually love that it cant be raided. meaning you can be shot opening your door and you can get killed and lose your belongings, that creates a sense of fear and survival like in the old Origins Mod

they can be raided if u add the raid tool in the settings
