Suggestion to balance the mod better
First of all thanks for the mod, I think the idea is amazing.

I do think the idea of a permanent vaccine buff is really OP.

Why not make it temporary? Like 1 year, or 2 months, idk...

In real life, some vaccines you have to take another dose from time to time. Adding this feature may balance the mod even more
