1. describe in detail in which country you are playing and what kind of operation occurred.
2. describe in detail what did or did not happen as a result of the operation.
3. describe in detail whether or not DLC is used and whether or not other mods are used.

With this mod, saving to cloud is impossible. It says the game is in another version.

Maybe you can give up uploading to the cloud or tweak the descriptor.mod in the file.
