lord not gaining experience

Any reason why my lord isnt gaining any experience after battles? He is stuck at level 3....

I'm having the same issue, but it's only with the special Imperial General Fieldmarshal that this mod adds. Does anyone have any idea how or why this is happening?

The issue keeps happening to some users, only to disappear in the next started campaign without any changes on our side. Sadly, we were never able to recreate the issue ourselves. If you can find any way to let this bug appear repeatedly, please let us know.
