I dont know how modding works but if it was possible you could use the cultists of pleasurE skins to make units like in the palace guard mod or the cultist of pleasure reskin

you've touched all the main infantry and mounted units so flying witch elves?, could create a witch elf melee spellcaster unit for a hero or a sisters of avelorn dark elf unit
