Ai delay settings

I'm probably just blind but for the life of me I can't find the ai delay settings to keep my endgame crisis's nice and scary. Any help on where it is?

install the mod that is called mod manager

You have probably figured this out by now, but you use mod configuation tool in game to change some mod settings.
