Do you see some of the models are only floating heads with swords?

1. Using another mod that modifies the appearance of certain base game units could be the cause. The only solution to this would be to disable the other mod.
The base units that this mod uses are:
Bretonnia
- Peasant Archers, Battle Pilgrims, Grail Knights, Questing Knights
Empire
- Huntsman, Huntsmarshal, Empire Archers, Empire Free Company
Various Props
- including chaos marauder axes, empire huntsman bow

2. Sometimes steam can fail to download/update mods correctly. You can try unsubbing from the mod, then opening the launcher to make sure the mod is removed, and then resubscribe to re-download the mod.

This can (rarely) sometimes fail to remove the mod. You can check/manually remove this mod by going to \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1142710\2857009951 and deleting the folder. Then you can try re-subscribing.

3. You could also try verifying your game's cache.
