Radious, as SFO and any overhauls of their size need compatibility mods for everything to work properly as they are changing every aspects of the game.
Basically, every mod that you subscribe to that will change anything in the game, instead of only adding something new will need a complementary compatibility mod for it to work properly with Radious or any other of the same kind.
If you don't do this.
Normally it should crash, otherwise if you're lucky you'll play until a crash occures, you'll miss some features, balance will be broken, etc.
