That's an Arma setting somewhere, not Antistasi.

ha ha .. good one... stamina is part of a simulation game.
There is no setting to disable stamina...

Then you need a mod that disables it.
Again, this is not an Antistasi thing.

without the >< and press local exec after that respawn and you can run forever, if you die you'll always have it tell you quit outta game and remember to have fun!

I'd suggest using SOG AI. Despite being made for the CDLC, it works in my experience basically everywhere. Apart from the ease of use of the command menu that the mod is for, it also has a configurable option to enable or disable player stamina.
