Editing Starting Equipment in the Limited Arsenal?
I recall in pre-mod versions of antistasi that you could edit a datalist of the default equipment in the limited arsenal. Is that still possible in the mod version, and if it is, how is it done?

Best practice would be to create an extension mod to add edited rebel templates, see the guide for info.
