Surrendered Soldiers

Would it be possible for soldiers that have given up to give them sound samples to make them easier to find or make them move towards the flag point/away from the flag after a few minutes?

Sometimes they can stay quiet and still in weird places and be hard to find and it feels like they are blocking captures of flags.
