what is point of repair station
we had bought it but couldn't figure out how to use it, are we missing something or is it a planned function that hasn't been added.

I believe it should allow you to repair vehicles brought nearby.
With ACE it will allow a player to repair vehicles without needing the engineer tag but you still need a toolkit.
