After using this incredible mod for a while and playing with the settings i noticed that what i really want does not seem to work.

I want the following things to all be true at the same time:

1. Theoretical turned of
2. Reverse Engineering pretty strong (right now 150% weight, 200% speed)
3. Prototyping available at 60%
4. PRTing an item should not allow RE afterwards. That kind of defeats the purpose.
5. Every tech should be able to be researched fully with a combination of just PRT and component study.

Right now this is not possible. Especialy for tech with a low number of items (say Pemmican)
the high weight of RE completely overshadows everything that "Parts study" and PRT can provide.
I could be missing something in the settings but if im not then i have an idea that might improve the mod.
