I figured out how to make turning rails go the other way.
Step 1: Place a track normally (Doesn't matter if it's snap or world)
Step 2: Scroll down and you're gonna see a grey area. Go to pitch and yaw and press @180
Step 3: Snap the turning track on
Step 4: Snap another track onto the turning track
Step 5: delete the turning track
Step 6: Go to that grey window again and press "-/+" on pitch and yaw
Step 7: Place the turning track again on the track you used to turn the tracks around

Or you can Just ALT + Sroll it and prevent yourself all that hassle... But eather way works right.
