Shinji85's Rails Train Pack tracks missing, but they were available before
For some reason I can't find Shinji85's Rails Train Pack library in track assembly menu. It used to be there before, and when I tried to fix it by the manual about ron's track in description, it didn't work. Can somebody help me with it?

This is normal. Please read the tool description for this problem resolution. To be precise... The github issue linked.
