Awakened FEs are not building buildings
Do you think you can fix this bug? They colonize planets but do not build buildings, so they cant increase alloy production. Tried asking around but nobody seems to have any idea what causes it. They have access to normal buildings like alloy foundries, industrial districts, etc, they just do not build any of them.
