Dniepr 4.0 (Ukraine). Quality: 6.5/10, Difficulty: 9.5/10, Length: Very Long. Played On Expert.
Dniepr 4.0 (Ukraine) would be a pretty solid Custom Map if it weren’t for its various issues and glitches that currently exist.

These issues and glitches include things such as single-spawning Tier 2 weapon pickups (resulting in people fighting over who gets them first; especially so because of the guaranteed Laser Sights pickup early on Chapter 2), weapons and First Aid Kits duplicating in the first Safe Room on Chapter 2 if you lose and restart the Chapter, the custom ambience is far too loud at times (to the point that it makes it difficult to hear the Infected spawning/attacking and even completely drowns out the Tank music), missing texture glitches resulting in pink and black chequered floors/walls variably in certain areas (even with all of the Parts downloaded), and major crashing issues on Chapter 3 and the Chapter 4 Finale (we got to the very end of the Finale on our playthrough, only for myself to then crash to desktop as Host; which occurred not long after others had individually crashed to desktop and then rejoined).

The relative difficulty is also very high on Dniepr 4.0, making it rather hellish on Expert difficulty (directly comparable to other very difficult Custom Maps like 'Silent Hill 1' and 'Deadenator').

This is primarily due to the Chapters being very long and dark, an acute lack of supplies of all kinds (especially Ammo Piles and healing items), there only being single weapon pickups sprinkled around (and notably we only found a single Hunting Rifle and 3 Military Sniper Rifles throughout the whole campaign, with the latter 3 being inside of and in two places just after the Chapter 4 final Safe Room), there being radioactive areas that keep you in-bounds on Chapter 3 (though fortunately these areas are telegraphed quite well via your screen being overlaid with a sepia filter before you actually start taking damage, which is more than I can say about the other 'Chernobyl' Custom Map on the Workshop), and there being lots of difficult Crescendos/Gauntlets that also include randomly-spawning Witches in the running/holding area and/or scripted Tanks mid-horde event (which can also then be immediately followed up by the random Tank that still appears on each Chapter).

Dniepr 4.0’s Finale was also a difficult Shoot Barricade-Place C4-Run-Shoot Barricade-Place C4-Run-Press Button-Defend-Tank-Defend-Tank-Run To The Escape Truck.

The Defend and Tank fighting portion of the Finale also notably takes place in a very cramped rooftop area, where Commons, Specials, and Tanks can run in from 2/4 directions, thus making it rather difficult. We found that holding on top of the destroyed billboard scaffolding helped to keep the Commons and some Special Infected off of us, but it was still a difficult fight overall.

It’s also worth mentioning that Dniepr 4.0 includes lots of custom assets, sounds, and ambience to make its setting believable, which it does a great job on, mostly (as mentioned before the custom ambience can be far too loud at times).

I've also read others mentioning that the Survivor Bots have significant pathing issues on some parts of this Custom Map. I played with a full team of humans, however, so I can't personally comment on this issue.

Ultimately, if not for the crashing issues, glitches, and other issues, I would likely rate Dniepr 4.0 a solid 8/10 for Quality, as it's quite well designed, despite its very high difficulty, Very Long length, and relative lack of supplies provided. However, with all of these issues and glitches under consideration, a 6.5/10 is the highest that I can rate it currently, as these majorly impacted our experience of the map, overall.
