KNOWN TECHNICAL ISSUES

I am unable to access the website
  • Check that you are not blocking cookies be that with an extension or via the browser settings itself.

  • Check that the clock on your PC is set to automatic and not Manual

  • Clear your cookies for the website and refresh the page, you can also try clearing your cache by pressing CTRL + F5
I am unable to log into the website
  • Check that the clock on your PC is set to automatic and not manual

  • Use a VPN, this sometimes resolves the issues.
