I guess you only subscribed to the mod on Steam and aren't using the standalone launcher? It takes some time for the latest patch to be uploaded to Steam.
You'll either have to wait for it to be uploaded, or you can use the launcher instead. There's an installation guide on the cRPG Discord!

I had the same problem and downloading the launcher from the main site worked for me c-rpg. eu/
