Would you consider reuploading to sites like nexusmods?
Steam has been clamping down on steam workshop access as a form of DRM for mods, and I would prefer not to support that behavior

For the time being I'm releasing the mod files directly through Github:
https://github.com/AlderonTyran/Victoria3Mods

These work just fine, drag them into your Documents/Paradox/Vicky3/mod/ directory and they should show up in the launcher. Alternatively if you don't have a launcher for totally not suspicious reasons, you can drag the files directly into your game folder. I avoid overwriting vanilla files for compatibility's sake so it should n't give you any fuss.

Im pretty sure their games have a launcher. It usually located in the launcher folder and its called dowser for some reason.

Incredibly based, though Nexusmods would be ideal as you can install the mods with a single click of a button (and then update them with just 2 clicks) via their app
