The new version does not have the Luciferian archegen. Only addiction.
You can test and return these genes. They are awesome.

Personal temporary measures

This could be caused by update of Vanilla Genes Expand. As the code as following in LuciferiumGene.xml(which you can find in [The Disk which you install rimworld]:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2881070716\1.5\Defs ) being deleted, the luciferium immune gene appears again.

However, deleting these code causes the character who have this gene will not have luciferium effect without taking luciferium, but it disables the addiction of luciferium as expected.
