Per arable land, how much population is permitted (until the state becomes overpopulated)?
I'm curious how this mechanic works/has been changed.

I'd like to plan around population limits.

The overpopulated modifier starts at 5000 population per arable land. I'm not sure exactly how it scales, should be something like 10000 for its maximum effect.

By the way, I have noticed since asking this question that the capacity of the subsistance farms is a rough estimate for the maximum population capacity of a state, the one I looked at hired 4500 per level though even if I'm not sure if that's the case for all subsistence buildings.
