COMPATCH for 3 other Mod
For these: Realistic Population Growth & Resources, More State Modifiers and Warm Water Ports.

That's good work! I personally have no problem with patches being released if anyone wants to upload them. As I do not use these three mods I will not upload them myself, because then I would feel inclined to maintain them as well. If you or anyone else decides to upload them I have no issue.
