Hello. I was able to narrow down and point to 3 different issues , that either exist in base game and are fixed when using anbeld,but then broke with best war again, or are working baseline and only best war breaks them.

-1 ) ottoman war vs egypt
in the vanilla game,ottomans use lvl 2 inf vs egypt, and lose on numbers, anbeld fixes this, by makign them use lvl 3, as they have it availible and can do so relatively easily,as well as railroads them to take the missing tech best war, does not do this, and for some reason breaks anbelds again, making it so that ottomans will die immediately
-2) The generals have space for armys left, are currently not mobilized or standing down, but the armys stay in garrison
again, this is not broken in any versio nof the game, i do not know why, but i have 10 "reserve" brigades in garrison even though my leader can fit 40 more, theres nothing i can do to get them attached, aside from retiring the general and getting a new one. hard to do if its a grinded general with good traits
-3) prussia dies
this might be the AI patch, but prussia dies, because austria is agressively focusing on reunifying germany. INstead of focusing on getting austro hungary, making them the strongest european nation by population, they instead just form super germany every time.
At the very least , if this is intended, make them do austro hungaria first, because then they also have hungarians accepted as super germany, right now, its either super germany and prussia dead, or no germany at all.
