Feature request: add an option to switch market outliner to show top shortages\extras based not on quantity, but on price percentage. Like in the mid to late game, when number start to go brrrr, i care much less about +\-1k on grain, fish and stuff like that, cause it doesn't affect price as much due to the big number of orders overall, but a shortage of 100 engines, for example, affect the price much more - and is much more important as a result.

@EDL Maybe that would be something for another mod honestly. At the same time, sorting only by biggest price (compared to base) is also not ideal.
