The lounge of cleopatra has an error in the improve my spymaster decision for the puppetmaster trait. My spymaster was at the 4 star version of the trait

I upgrade this mod, but I still can not see decisions about god artifact at game. May it corrupts with other mods?

I still can not see decision and can not get god artifact by decision even I only make the mood active. What happen? I don't know.
