Mod name update pending (from suggestion) NPCs ➡️ Mobs

Hi folks.

We've had a suggestion to update the mod's name and replace "NPCs" with ➡️ "Mobs"; since it affects monsters, bosses, and pets, not just NPCs. Please let me know if anyone has any preference for either or if you have a more appropriate name?
