Working on making the Skybox a little nicer

really liking the changes so far! I think a lot of the hills are still a little flat, but I realize that's also kinda the point. I think maps like gm_aavikko strike a really good balance there. Maybe consider blending the rock textures into the sand some, to make the transitions a little less jagged. If you can find smaller boulders to blend a little, that would be an easy way to add a lot of visual detail and blend the big ones in. Also, as always - a little colored fog/sandstorm/whatever helps add a lot of depth to the ground, since right now it's almost all a single texture and brightness (very flat). Keep it up!

I'm not sure quite how to balance making the relatively flat ground map feel bigger while still showing the cool sky box you've got going on. If you could find a way to do the particle dust like in betaworkshl2, that could be a great option. I have no clue how difficult that would be, though. Aavikko is a good example of how much bigger fog can make the space, but you can't really see a good skybox with that.
