The Hierophant: Rebalanced

Church Coffers alternative balancing suggestions
I am a big fan of the hierophant mod so i was intrigued when i saw the rebalancing mod.

I find that Hierophant leans heavily on this card because he has low powered commons overall. Most strategies are synergy based and only a few cards do something powerful on their own. So Church coffers needs to be strong for the character to be able to survive act 1 on runs where you don't get offered the nuts early on.

I think i may have come up with 2 very elegant solutions to church coffers balancing and i don't know which one i prefer (either one gets rid of exhaustive 2):

1. Change Church Coffers from Tithe to Hoard 8, Change Church Coffers+ to previous Church Coffers.

What i like here is that it achieves multiple things at once. Hoard Runs are relatively hard to get going, especially if you get weak rewards early so this is a way to get an additional bits of gold.

Also it teaches another mechanic right from the start. You get to experience Hoard from the first floor onward AND you get to understand from reading the upgrade that tithe is strong because why would i want to lose gold when i could gain gold instead.

From a flavour standpoint it's a winner for me as well because it teaches a story in itself. At first you hoard money, after some time the church becomes corrupt and tithes it.

This also eliminates 2 card infinites without additional interaction because that way you can never gain energy just from Church Coffers. you would need a very slim deck as well as have something like abacus, invocation or something that you can play alongside which generates advantage without generating energy.

2. Add the line "You can't shuffle your library this turn".

This is more of a heavy handed approach to prevent infinites but it makes total sense from a flavour standpoint. Once the coffers are empty there is nothing to gain until you wait a bit.

This way you can have the full power of the card unlocked without it seeming op because the drawback is a real drawback
