Recruitment cost -5% (province)
Global recruitment duration -1 turn for all units (all armies)
Local recruitment capacity +1

Increased Glory generated for each Chaos God from 3 to 5.

Update 19.11
Fixed campaign movement bonuses to work properly and give a 20% movement bonus to the province. Moved global increase income for Slaanesh commandment.
