I feel like that would be... rare, to say the least, and would add unnecessary complexity/component lag that not a lot of people would ever see the benefits of. If you just wanted it as it's own output, separated, then it would be trivial to add it yourself. Just divide the counter memory by 3600 and run the output through a floor component. If you wanted a full read-out (01:23:45) you'd just have to concatenate that with the M:S output.
