Feedback from the Campaign I am in with Duke
While this technically has some suggestions for Iron Rider I am posting it here cause it also concerns Suit/Weapon Balance (Especially in regards to the use of them by Classes other than Iron Rider)

1: The Feel I get from what I have seen of the Iron Rider is that it is a Class about making and using Exosuits and powerful weapons that require them. But from what I have seen it is a Class about making those Suits and Weapons and giving them to the Rest of the Crew to Go Nuts with.
2: Currently Outside of the Pioneer/Hammer Suit it feels like trying to balance any of the Suits for use by anyone else is Nigh on Impossible. I have Watched our Local Husk Cult (Acolyte Job Mod) Swimming Rings around me in my Vanilla Exosuit because they have Talents that make them Faster with Husk Parasite in their System.
3: The Same is kind of True of all the Weapons, once the Iron Rider has the Ability to make them and the suits there is nothing stopping them from Arming the Whole Crew (If you have the Resources) while wearing the Suits they also made.
4: I have a Solution to this which might be a Little difficult to Implement but worth it to stop the Power Creep I have seen amongst the Crew of our Sub. Said Solution involves adding MAJOR Downsides to the more advanced Combat Armour that the Iron Rider has Talents to Mitigate.
5: These Downsides would not make it impossible to wear them if not an Iron Rider but it would make those not playing that Class a lot slower/weaker in the Suits. Making them less attractive to use.
6: I feel like these changes would allow you to Properly Balance the Suits by having the only Variables that matter being linked to the Iron Rider instead of having to balance them around them being handed out like Shiny Toys to everyone as long as there is stuff to build more of them.

These changes are already in the works but they require alot of work to implement as we are not a full time coding team. We have numerous changes planned along with debuffs to the current specs.

These will take time to implement and test.

We already are aware of current balance and we are working on a major update

Glad to hear we came to similar Conclusions from seeing how this mod was being used.
