Stuck on the latter "train" section

I destroy the power thingy near the end and yet it keeps going WTF AM I SUPPOSED TO DO HERE. I HAVE NOT BEEN AS FRUSTERATED FROM A SET OF MAPS IN A LONG AS WHILE.
