We would love to add dragons and raccoons and we'll do some experiments. In particular with dragons we will see if the wings look right - we don't want to release something that doesn't look good.
Customization is high on our priority. We can't do colour picking customization like in the base game because we have complex texturing, but we were thinking of adding variants (e.g. arctic fox, border collie dog).
Some people may have Zomboid saves that they want to make furry. I'm going to try to detect the mod was installed mid-game and let you select a new species.
Finally, having zombies be furries. This requires a new mod, because we would have to overwrite all the zombie loot outfit tables. We want to do it, but that one will take some careful thought and engineering.
Peace out y'all!
Sadly no avians or gryphons on the list but its still something ^^
and that is my suggestion actually
give avians some love!
yes! all clothing can be worn and the eyes/ heads are very close to human size so hats/glasses/hoods will fit, some may have some minor clipping issues but it works and looks really cool.
It's my favourite challenge so I'd really like this fixed!
Hi there! Thanks for the report! We're going through QA right now for the next version, but I managed to slip a fix in for you as it was really easy.
the sections in it on the last paragraph don't end with , which zomboid vanilla files do. Not sure if thats intentional or not or if it breaks things or not.
Water resistance?
Anyhow, THE actual questions i do have to you Jaql, any way to prevent getting drenched wet because fur is clothing and as such if it doesn't provide water resistance gets wet, it cannot be dried off easily and it cannot be taken off
Chance to fall?
i've noticed theres no setting whats the chance to fall, considering it is not meant to fall or being taken off, chance can be set to 0.
Not sure if 80 is a good value, because one of my friends complained that it took hours he to dry off even with other clothes taken off. [that comma after weight should it be there or not?]
Hey there. Good digging! If you use the dry yourself action, it will also dry the fur, so it is possible to get dry again. But you’re right on the water resistance - I’ll see what I can do and find the right value. (I was also thinking of a shake option to get down to damp level, with a cute animation.)
I wanted to make sure there’s a slight hassle with fur to balance the natural resistance.
As far as I know the fall chance is only for hats. I figure it’s harmless to put in though, so I will next update.
I’m currently driving to Chicago - you can probably guess why - so there might be a little delay on it.
