How do i disable getting wet so fast in the mod?

i find it tedious and annoying having to shake my character dry every 3 minutes from running from a horde or something else.

as far as i know this seems to be a bug of the current version, as you never used to get drenched form going for a light jog

getting wet doesnt do anything to your character unless if you are wet to the point of risking a cold. you can pick the trait outdoorsman to 100% negate the risk of getting a cold from being too wet
